FAQ'S

Are children invited?

Please note that this will be an adults-only celebration. The only children invited are part of the wedding party.

The couple wishes for all of their guests to relax and enjoy a night off in a 18+ environment while we celebrate their special day.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

RSVP Details

Please RSVP by Saturday, April 5, of 2025.

Unfortunately, if the RSVP is not received by the April 5th deadline, you will be marked "not attending". The reason for this being that an accurate guest count must be given to all of the vendors within a timely manner and they cannot accept a late notice. So guests who do not RSVP in time, cannot be accommodated.

Jack & Ashley sincerely appreciate you taking the time to let them know if you will joyfully accept their invitation or even if you have to regrettably decline. Thank you for understanding and helping make the wedding planning process a little easier!

We invite you to RSVP online here on our wedding website under the RSVP tab.

What time should we arrive on the big day?

The couple kindly request all guests who wish to witness the ceremony arrive at 4PM, or 4:15PM at the latest, for the 4:30PM ceremony. This will give you ample time to find parking, take your seats, and socialize before the ceremony begins.

If you are unable to attend the ceremony, you are kindly invited to begin arriving at the venue starting at 5PM.

The venue will not permit guests to park between 4:30PM & 5PM as to not disrupt the ceremony.
